– More nutrients
Health tips for men and women suggest eating organic food since many studies have been released that prove organic food has more nutrients than regular food. In fact, some studies show that organic food has 40% more antioxidants than alternative options. There seem to be more vitamins in organic food as well.
– Promotes an overall healthier lifestyle
Organic options are considered healthier. When you eat organic options, it can help you and your entire family emphasize health more. It can encourage you to work out more and stop putting toxins into your body.

One of the biggest problems with choosing organic is that is costs significantly more money than regular produce. Many people don’t want to or can’t afford the higher costs. The higher costs are because it is more expensive for farmers to grow organic food than regular food.
– Lesser harvest
Since organic food doesn’t grow as plentifully as regular food, the farmer takes a relatively large hit when if he switches to organic. This lesser harvest is why the food is more expensive.

This will help you make decisions that you are comfortable with. You should also stay up to date on any changes in litigation regarding organic food.
– Be dedicated
Making a decision to stick to organic foods is a lifestyle change. This is going to take dedication on your part. Not only should you buy organic food, but you should also look into organic cleaning products and clothing.
